茶叶命名茶叶命名是茶叶分类的重要程序之一。我国茶树品种资源丰富,品种适制性也很广,有的品种适制一种茶类,有的品种适制二、三种以上的茶类。一种茶叶必须有一个名称以为标志。命名与分类可以联系一起,如功夫红茶,前者是命名,后者是分类;又如白毫银针,前者是分类,后者是命名。茶叶命名通常都带有描述性的。茶叶命名的依据,除以形状、色香味和茶树品种等不同外,还有以生产地区、采摘时期和技术措施以及销路等等不同,而命名也不同。
