广西环江城北开发区拟在其东北面一块杂填土地基上建3栋多层住宅楼。经考察,该地段的填土多为建筑垃圾,部分为粘性土和风化石,厚5m左右,填土时间不超过2年。填土结构松散,空隙大,填土层下面为淤泥质软土,深2m左右,估计地耐力不足40kPa,需对地基加固处理。经多方案比较决定采用碾压的方法提高杂填土的承载力,再在其上面做筏板基础,并结合考虑增大上
Guangxi Huanjiang Chengbei Development Zone intends to construct 3 multi-storey residential buildings on a piece of miscellaneous fill foundation in the northeast. After investigation, most of the landfill for construction rubbish, part of the cohesive soil and fossil, thickness of about 5m, filling time not exceeding 2 years.
