本研究采用调查问卷、访谈和课堂观察等方法,调查对象分为乡村和城区两组,分别对这两组进行调查和研究,探讨了师资结构、教育资源、教师科研能力和英语活动等问题。结果表明:我市城乡基础英语教育结构不均衡;城乡英语教学资源差距不明显,但资源的利用率乡镇学校要明显低于城市;城乡教师教研科研能力差距明显;乡镇学校英语活动较城市有明显的差距。最后针对调查的实际问题,提出建立我市城乡基础英语教育资源长效机制的对策。
This study uses questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation methods. The survey subjects are divided into rural and urban areas. The two groups are investigated and studied respectively, and the problems such as teachers ’structure, educational resources, teachers’ scientific research ability and English activities are discussed. The results show that: the basic education structure of urban and rural areas in our city is unbalanced; the gap between urban and rural English teaching resources is not obvious, but the utilization rate of resources is obviously lower in township schools than in urban areas; the gap between urban and rural teachers in researching and researching ability is obvious; difference. Finally, in view of the actual problems of the investigation, I put forward the countermeasures to establish the long-term mechanism of basic English education resources in urban and rural areas in our city.
