通过将14例不典型肝脓肿的核磁共振特点进行总结,对其临床意义进行探讨,研究MRI对不典型肝脓肿的诊断意义,本文回顾性分析了14例手术病理治愈的不典型肝脓肿的MRI表现,进一步分析了不典型肝脓肿的发病特点及好发部位,MRI的诊断价值等等。14例不典型肝脓肿T2WI中出现了高信号,同时也出现了强化,这都表明了肝部存在异常。而不典型肝脓肿的各处如包膜和脓肿壁等部位也出现了不同程度的强化。本文对不典型肝脓肿的信号特点及强化特点进行了研究,有助于我们对于不典型肝脓肿的诊断有更高的准确率。
By summarizing the characteristics of MRI in 14 cases of atypical liver abscess and discussing its clinical significance to study the diagnostic value of MRI in diagnosis of atypical liver abscess, this paper retrospectively analyzed MRI findings of 14 cases of atypical liver abscess Performance, further analysis of the characteristics of atypical liver abscess and the incidence of sites, the diagnostic value of MRI and so on. 14 cases of atypical liver abscess T2WI appeared in the high signal, but also appeared to strengthen, which all indicate the abnormal liver. This article has studied the signal characteristics and enhancement characteristics of atypical liver abscess, which helps us to diagnose atypical liver abscess with higher accuracy.
