本文首先指出了金属切削过程颤振研究中存在的两个问题:在进行数学分析时采用线性模型,在建立传递函数框图时没有考虑到切削过程与机床之间的负载效应;其次,介绍了作者所进行的颤振在线监控试验研究工作:采用尾顶尖振动加速度信号作为特征信号,采用信号的方差σ~2与一步自相关函数ρ_1作为征兆模式向量,采用模式空间分区方法及时发现颤振预兆.进行监控;最后,简扼地展望了颤振研究的前景.
This paper first points out two problems in the research of flutter in the metal cutting process: the linear model is used in the mathematical analysis, and the load effect between the cutting process and the machine tool is not taken into account in the establishment of the transfer function block diagram. Secondly, The flutter on-line monitoring test research work: the use of the tail tip vibration acceleration signal as the characteristic signal, using the signal variance σ ~ 2 and one-step autocorrelation function ρ_1 as a symptom pattern vector, the use of pattern space partition method in time to find the flutter precursor. Finally, the prospect of chatter research is briefly discussed.
