运用改进的蒙特卡罗模拟方法, 研究了横向磁场对氦气直流辉光放电阴极区电子输运过程的影响.考虑了四种碰撞.模拟结果表明,横向磁场通过改变电子与中性粒子的碰撞速率,对电子参数产生了重要影响.
The effect of transverse magnetic field on the electron transport in the cathode region of helium direct current glow discharge was studied by using the improved Monte Carlo simulation method. Four types of collisions were considered. The simulation results show that the transverse magnetic field has an important influence on the electronic parameters by changing the collision rate between electrons and neutral particles.
