以带式输送机自动变频张紧装置为研究对象,利用AMEsim建立了其仿真模型,分析了启动过程中自动变频张紧装置的动态特性。研究结果表明,输送带的弹性模量提高1倍,张紧小车所提供的最大张紧力和位移就降低1倍,最大移动速度会降低1/3,提前15s达到移动速度峰值;启动时间越短,张紧小车受到的瞬时冲击载荷越大,因此启动时间不宜过短。
Taking the automatic frequency conversion tensioner of belt conveyor as the research object, the simulation model was established by using AMEsim, and the dynamic characteristics of the automatic frequency converter tensioner during the startup process were analyzed. The results show that when the elastic modulus of the conveyor belt is doubled, the maximum tension and displacement provided by the tensioning car can be doubled, the maximum moving speed reduced by 1/3, and the moving speed peaked 15s ahead of time. Short, tension car by the impact of instantaneous load the greater the start-up time should not be too short.
