目的：探讨分泌性中耳炎的治疗方法。方法：应用耳内窥镜对50例患者采用鼓膜切开置入硅胶管。结果：治愈35例，有效11例，无效4例，总有效率达92％。结论：耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗分泌性中耳炎效果良好。
