当代中国社会价值观的变迁是一种价值观范型的转换，即以伦理道德及理想化人格为中心的传统范型价值观的式微，以人的生存发展和幸福为中心或以人为本的新价值观的逐渐生成，一种不同于传统价值现的具有新的范型特征的价值观已初步确立。这种转换是一种历史的进步，但也存在着有待解决的问题。社会价值观范型的转换要全面彰显合目的性与合规律性的统一。
The change of social values in contemporary China is a paradigm shift in values, that is, the decline of the traditional paradigm values centered on ethics and idealized personality, the gradual generation of new values centered on people’s survival, development and happiness, or people-oriented , A new paradigm characteristic different from traditional values has been initially established.
