1 引言本文以离子型和非离子型表面活性剂配制微乳液Triton X-100/SLS/n-C_5H_(11)OH/H_2O为介质,BPHA为显色剂进行痕量铁的光度测定,并以显色剂在水-微乳液和水-胶束中的分配系数K_D研究了徽乳液增敏作用机理。2 实验部分2.1 主要试剂和仪器 铁标准溶液:含Fe~(3+)20μg/ml;0.5%N-苯甲酰-N-苯基羟胺(BPHA)乙醇溶液;微乳液原液1~#,2~#;胶束溶液:Triton X-100:SLS=6.0:0.6:93.4(重量比);HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液pH=5.5。722型光栅分光光度计(上海第三分析仪器厂);25型酸度计(上海电冰箱厂)。2.2 试验方法 于50ml容量瓶中,加入6.0ml铁标准溶液,再依次加入10ml HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液,10ml微乳液原液或胶束溶液,6.0mlBPHA溶液,摇匀,以水定容,20℃下放置20min,于460nm处,以试剂空白作参比,用2cm比色皿,测定吸光度。3 结果与讨论3.1 吸收光谱 Fe(Ⅲ)-BPHA为不溶于水可溶于有机溶剂的黄色络合物,其在CCl_4中的最大吸收波长为440nm,以Triton X-100-SLS复配微乳液为介质可制成单相的微乳液-Fe(Ⅲ)-BPHA体系,表明此微乳液对Fe(Ⅲ)-BHPA具有增溶作用。试验的最佳体系是以微乳液原液1~#组成(Triton X-100:SLS:n-C_5H_(11)OH:H_2O=1.2:0.12:0.72:97.96)的微乳液为介质,此体系中Fe(Ⅲ)-BPHA吸收峰红移至460nm,A=0.45.
