主要介绍了本菲尔工艺用新型有机活化剂ACT-1互的开发应用情况。工业应用实验结果表明,采用ACT-1代替DEA作活化剂,根据不同目标可分别或部分同时达到如下效果:净化气CO2含量降低25%~85%;溶液循环量减少5%~20%;再生热耗减少5%~15%;装置能力提高5%~25%。同时,还可减少活化剂补给量和消泡剂使用量。
This paper mainly introduces the development and application of ACT-1, a new organic activator for Benfair process. The results of industrial application show that using ACT-1 instead of DEA as activating agent can achieve the following effects respectively or partially according to different objectives: the content of CO2 in the purified gas is reduced by 25% -85%; the circulation of the solution is reduced by 5% -20%; the regeneration Heat consumption reduced by 5% to 15%; device capacity increased by 5% to 25%. At the same time, it also reduces the amount of activator supply and defoamer usage.
