引言真空热处理实际上是一种可控气氛的热处理,对气氛从质量上和数量上加以控制。质量上就是控制气氛各组分的分压,或百分比;数量上就是控制系统的总压力。真空热处理设备主要涉及压力,不仅涉及热处理过程的各种气体的分压,而且涉及气体混合物的总压力。在热处理过程中,为了得到所需的结果,需要改变所控制的压力,以及送入和抽出的气体。这种送入和抽出,在复杂的温度条件下也许要进行数次。
Introduction Vacuum heat treatment is actually a controlled atmosphere heat treatment, the atmosphere from the quality and quantity to be controlled. Quality is the control of the composition of the partial pressure of the atmosphere, or percentage; quantitative control system is the total pressure. Vacuum heat treatment equipment mainly involves pressure, not only the partial pressure of the various gases involved in the heat treatment, but also the total pressure of the gas mixture. During heat treatment, the pressure to be controlled, as well as the incoming and outgoing gases, need to be changed in order to obtain the desired result. This feeding and withdrawal may be carried out several times under complex temperature conditions.
