改善小气道功能方面的研究,迄今尚未见报导.我科于1983~1985年,对131例男性飞行人员进行治疗,取得一定疗效.现报告如下:对象与方法113例飞行人员均无心肺病史,体检及X线胸部检查无异常.其中吸烟者72例,平均吸烟指数为171.4.均无明显呼吸道症状.治疗前后用日本产MFR-7100-A型肺功能机测定最大呼气流速——容量曲线(MEFV),电子计算机自动输出各参数之测定值.测定指标为:1.最大呼气顶峰流速(PEFR);2.最大呼气中段流速(MMEF);3.50%、25%肺活量时流速(V_(50)、V_(25));4.MEFV曲线下降支斜率(V_(50)/V_(25));5.V_(50)、V_(25)与身高之比(V_(50)/HT、V_(25)/
To improve the function of small airways, so far has not been reported.Our department from 1983 to 1985, 131 male pilots were treated and achieved some results are reported as follows: Subjects and methods 113 cases of pilots have no history of cardiovascular disease, There were no abnormalities in physical examination and X-ray examination, including 72 smokers with an average smoking index of 171.4.
