现阶段,我国农村依然存在农民因病致贫、因病返贫的情况,为减轻农民负担,为促进农村经济发展与稳定社会我国提出了新型农村合作医疗制度的惠农政策,农民群众只要自愿参与新农合就能享受到诸多医疗实惠。但在新农合的具体落实中还存在诸多不足之处,大多数农民不完全信任政府,进而导致农民自愿参与新农合的积极性不高。在此,本文将分析新农合实施过程中农民参与意愿的现状与原因,并提出相应解决对策。 At this stage, there are still peasants in rural areas due to illness caused by poverty, returning to poverty, in order to reduce the burden on farmers in order to promote rural economic development and stable society, China proposed a new rural cooperative medical system, the policy of benefiting farmers as long as the voluntary participation of farmers NRCMS can enjoy many medical benefits.
