利用离体非做功的大鼠心模拟缺血和再灌注,通过对琥珀酸脱氢酶进行组织化学染色以显示损伤范围和程度,探讨了早期显现再灌注损伤的方法以及肌原纤维损伤与脱氢酶缺失的关系。结果表明,心肌缺血30min再灌注30min出现该酶活性降低,形成再灌注损伤。组化染色与光镜对比观察证明,脱氢酶缺失区与心肌损伤区的部位和范围基本一致,提示此方法适用于再灌注损伤的研究。
Iodine dehydrogenase was used to simulate ischemia and reperfusion in isolated non-working rat hearts. The histochemical staining of succinate dehydrogenase was used to show the scope and degree of injury. The method of early reperfusion injury and the injury and withdrawal of myofibrils were explored. Hydrogenase deletion relationship. The results showed that the activity of the enzyme decreased and reperfusion injury was formed after 30 min of myocardial ischemia and 30 min of reperfusion. The comparison between histological staining and light microscopy showed that the region and extent of dehydrogenase deletion region and myocardial injury region were basically the same, suggesting that this method is suitable for the study of reperfusion injury.
