随着我国现代企业的快速发展,公司规模不断扩大以及异地项目的不断增加,异地对于双方项目的开展工作的交流增加了难度,异地往返路程上花费的时间成本、劳动强度的增加、项目细节不能得到及时沟通造成的项目开展效率的降低等都对异地项目交流和开展产生较大的制约作用。本文从电子会议和新媒体的技术的发展及电子会议的功能设计的探究进行电子会议及新媒体技术在现代企业管理中的应用分析。
With the rapid development of modern enterprises in our country, the continuous expansion of the scale of the company and the continuous increase of projects in different places, it is more and more difficult for the exchange of work carried out by both parties in different places to increase the time and cost of labor and the increase of labor intensity. Obtained timely communication caused by the project to reduce the efficiency and so on have a greater impact on the exchange and carry out projects in different places. This paper analyzes the application of electronic conference and new media technology in modern enterprise management from the development of the technology of electronic conference and new media and the functional design of electronic conference.
