一、当前我国房价上涨属于非理性上涨历史经验表明,房价上涨和GDP增长具有同向性,经济的持续发展会促使房价相应上涨,而房价的持续下降往往伴随着经济的衰退。因此,房价上涨本身并不是一件坏事,关键是看房价上涨的幅度和群众接受的程度。衡量一定时期的房价上涨是理性的还是非理性的,标准主要有两条,一是看是否对宏现经济运行起促进作用;二是看是否提高了居民的生活质量和水平。如果房价上涨过快,危及经济可持续发展,
