目的:探讨早期宫外孕临床诊断中彩色超声的应用价值。方法:选取2014年7月至2016年1月我院符合纳入标准的患者43例,对其分别行二维超声与阴道彩超检查,并将诊断结果同术后病理加以对比。结果 :本研究中,观察组、对照组患者诊断符合率分别为95.3%与69.8%,对比差异有统计学意义(x~2=6.790,5.740,4.568,6.824,9.771,P<0.05);43例经阴道超声检查的宫外孕患者孕囊型包块内可见胎心管闪动点状彩色血流信号,在孕囊外则可见弧线状或点状彩色血流信号。不均质型包块内则高回声取有短线状或点状彩色血流信号,并呈低阻型动脉频谱。在子宫或卵巢附近区域有孕囊结构,囊壁较厚且有高回声,囊壁内可见胚芽或卵黄囊、原始心管搏动等。结论 :将彩色超声应用于早期宫外孕的临床诊断可有效提高诊断符合率,有助于患者及早进行诊治,改善其生活质量,具有积极的临床意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of color echocardiography in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Forty-three patients in our hospital from July 2014 to January 2016 were selected and examined by two-dimensional ultrasonography and vaginal ultrasonography respectively. The diagnostic results were compared with the postoperative pathology. Results: In this study, the diagnostic coincidence rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.3% and 69.8% respectively, with significant difference (x ~ 2 = 6.790,5.740,4.568,6.824,9.771, P <0.05); 43 Cases of ectopic pregnancy by ectopic pregnancy in patients with gestational sac mass visible fetal heart tube flash point-like color flow signal in the gestational sac can be seen arc-like or point-like color flow signal. Heterogeneous mass within the block of high echo take short line or point-like color flow signal, and was low resistance type arterial spectrum. In the vicinity of the uterus or ovary gestational sac structure, wall thick and have high echo, the wall visible germ or yolk sac, the original heart beat and so on. Conclusion: The application of color ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy can effectively improve the diagnostic coincidence rate, help patients to diagnose and improve their quality of life as early as possible, which is of clinical significance and worthy of clinical application.
