通过对碳纤维加筋土、玻璃纤维加筋土和聚丙烯纤维加筋土进行直剪试验和无侧限抗压强度试验,得到了不同种类纤维对土体力学性能增强效果的差异。并对3种纤维进行了表面微观观察和拌和效果的比较,总结3种纤维表面物理性质与分散性的异同,分析补强效果差异产生的原因。试验结果表明:试验所用的3种纤维中,碳纤维表面最为粗糙,玻璃纤维与聚丙烯纤维表面较为光滑;在纤维长度12mm、纤维掺量0.3%的条件下,聚丙烯纤维对土体强度补强效果最好,玻璃纤维和PAN基碳纤维相对较差。
Through the direct shear test and unconfined compressive strength test of carbon fiber reinforced earth, glass fiber reinforced earth and polypropylene fiber reinforced earth, the difference of the enhancement effect of different kinds of fibers on soil mechanical properties was obtained. The three kinds of fibers were observed by microscopic observation and the mixing effect was compared. The similarities and differences between physical properties and dispersibility of the three kinds of fibers were summarized, and the reasons for the difference in reinforcing effect were analyzed. The test results show that the surface of carbon fiber is the most rough among the three kinds of fiber used in the experiment, and the surface of glass fiber and polypropylene fiber is smooth. Under the conditions of 12mm fiber length and 0.3% fiber content, The best, glass fiber and PAN-based carbon fiber is relatively poor.
