以煤矿装卸用35t门式起重机为研究对象,首先采用许用应力法和有限元方法对其结构进行校核分析,再利用有限元软件建立起重机结构优化的数学模型,得出轻量化设计结果。通过对优化前、后结果分析一致得出,基于许用应力法设计出的门式起重机,若采用一阶迭代优化方法进行优化,在轻量化方面具有较大改进前景。
Taking 35t gantry crane for coal mine loading and unloading as the research object, the structure of the 35t gantry crane is first checked and analyzed by the allowable stress method and the finite element method. Then the finite element software is used to establish the mathematic model of the crane structure optimization and the lightweight design result is obtained. Based on the analysis of the results before and after the optimization, it is concluded that the gantry crane designed based on the allowable stress method has a great improvement prospect in terms of weight reduction if it is optimized by the first-order iterative optimization method.
