根据省金属学会炼铁学术委员会第一次工作会议的安排,省冶金局和省金属学会组织邯钢、邢钢、石钢、2672工程指挥部等单位负责烧结技术工作的五名同志组成高炉炉料结构调研小组。从六月十四日开始用二十多天的时间先后对湘钢、新余钢铁厂、杭钢、苏钢和南京钢铁厂的高炉炉料进行了调研,并参观学习了宝钢、梅山炼铁厂和烧结厂的先进经验。通过调研了解了各厂采用高碱度烧结矿的生产实践,产品特性及其冶炼效果。特别是各厂因地制宜地组织炉料结构,取消生熔剂入炉的经验为我省炼铁、烧结矿生产的发展提供了科学数据。现将调研情况总结如
According to the schedule of the first working meeting of the Academic Committee of Iron Metallurgy Institute of Iron and Steel, five comrades responsible for the sintering technology work of the Provincial Metallurgical Bureau and Provincial Metallurgical Society, such as Handan Iron and Steel Company, Xing Steel, Shi Gang and 2672 Engineering Command, formed blast furnace charge Structural Research Team. From June 14, more than 20 days have been conducted on the blast furnace charge of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Company, Xinyu Iron and Steel Plant, Hangzhou Iron and Steel, Suzhou Steel and Nanjing Iron and Steel Plant and visited the Baosteel, Meishan ironworks and Sintering plant’s advanced experience. Through the investigation, we learned about the production practice, product characteristics and smelting effect of high alkalinity sinter used in each plant. In particular, the local plant structure to organize the charge structure, removal of raw flux into the furnace experience for the province iron and sinter production provides scientific data.
