在不使用引发剂和还原剂条件下,用超声辐射工艺双原位合成了纳米钯镓/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)复合物。XRD和UV-Vis显示,超声还原生成的单质钯和超声粉碎的单质镓在PMMA基体中不是简单的物理分散,而是在生成钯镓合金Ga_5Pd/PMMA复合物的同时既有纳米钯又有纳米镓与PMMA形成复合物;XPS表明,镓失去了部分外层电子,一部分流向钯生成合金Ga_5Pd;一部分与聚合物酯基中的氧配位产生相互作用。TEM结果表明,正是由于纳米金属与聚合物之间的相互作用,在相界面处PMMA形成了各向异性有序结构。
Nanoparticles of palladium gallium / polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) complexes were synthesized in situ using an ultrasonic irradiation process without the use of initiators and reducing agents. The results of XRD and UV-Vis show that the elemental ultrasonically generated elemental and ultrasonically pulverized elemental gallium are not simply physically dispersed in the PMMA matrix, but both the nano-palladium and nano-particles are formed simultaneously with the formation of the Ga-5Pd / PMMA complex. Gallium and PMMA form a complex; XPS shows that part of the gallium has lost electrons in the outer layer and partly flows into the palladium-forming alloy Ga_5Pd; and part of it interacts with oxygen in the polymer ester group. TEM results show that it is precisely because of the interaction between the nano-metal and the polymer that the PMMA forms an anisotropic ordered structure at the phase interface.
