目的:研究绿色木霉M3,Tv04-2菌株和哈茨木霉ThB菌株对荆芥茎枯病菌Phytophthora nicotianae的拮抗作用机制。方法:通过对峙培养、水解酶活性测定、抑菌物质检测等研究发现,3株木霉对荆芥茎枯病菌的拮抗机制包括竞争作用、重寄生作用和抗生作用。结果与结论:水解酶活性测定结果表明,3株木霉均能分泌葡聚糖酶和蛋白酶,其中M3菌株分泌的β-1,3葡-聚糖酶活性最高,ThB菌株分泌的蛋白酶活性最高;3株木霉菌均产生难、易挥发性抑菌物质。
Objective: To study the antagonistic mechanism of Trichoderma viride M3, Tv04-2 and Trichoderma harzianum ThB against Phytophthora nicotianae. Methods: By confrontation culture, hydrolytic enzyme activity determination and bacteriostasis test, it was found that the antagonistic mechanism of three Trichoderma spp. On Rhizoctonia solani was competitive, heavy parasitism and antibacterial activity. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The results of hydrolase activity assay showed that all three strains of Trichoderma were able to secrete dextranase and protease, of which M3 strain secreted the highest β-1,3-glucanase activity and ThB strain secreted the highest protease activity Three strains of Trichoderma produced difficult and volatile antimicrobial substances.
