1 前言 曲轴是内燃机的主要部件之一。曲轴形状复杂及其断面沿轴线方向的急剧变化,引起曲轴应力分布极不均匀。而影响曲轴应力集中的因素还有尺寸参数和形状参数。工作时,它承受着往复运动的惯性力和旋转离心力,在各种力的综合作用下,发生弯曲和扭转变形。因此,曲轴损坏形式各种类型的都有,包括常温和高、低温度条件下受静载荷或动载荷造成的断裂,而各种形式的磨损更是普遍存在的问题。
1 Introduction Crankshaft is one of the main components of internal combustion engine. Crankshaft shape is complicated and the abrupt change of its cross-section along the axis causes the crankshaft stress distribution to be very uneven. The factors that affect the stress concentration of crankshaft are the size parameters and shape parameters. Work, it withstands the reciprocating inertia and centrifugal force of rotation, in a variety of forces under the combined effect of bending and torsional deformation. Therefore, various types of crankshaft damage are available, including static, high and low temperatures under static load or dynamic load caused by the fracture, and various forms of wear is a widespread problem.
