1现实困境论及科研团队建设和学术利益共同体建构的文献汗牛充栋,但仍未能有效解决学院层面的实践难题,各学院普遍存在高、中、低不同科研水平层次的教师难以形成科研合力的现实困境。其深层次原因在于：学院同事之间存在利益竞争关系,现有的同事科研帮扶模式大多是零星松散和公益免费的,难以稳定实现可持续发展。
