依托在建的青海省德香高速公路盐沼泽区的桥梁工程,以MARC有限元软件为平台,采用室内腐蚀试验参数,构建盐沼泽区桥梁桩基受腐蚀有限元模型,分析不同桩长和桩径的情况下,桩基受腐蚀后的剥落厚度和腐蚀深度对桩基竖向极限承载力的影响。研究结果表明,桩基受腐蚀后其竖向极限承载力呈现降低趋势,相比桩基混凝土剥落厚度来说,桩基受腐蚀的深度对桩基竖向极限承载力的影响较大。研究结果还表明,剥落厚度不大于6cm时,增加桩长能够有效提高桩基竖向极限承载力;剥落厚度大于6cm时,增加桩径能够有效提高桩基竖向极限承载力。
Based on the bridge project of salt marsh area under construction in Qinghai Province Dexiang Expressway and MARC finite element software, the indoor corrosion test parameters were used to construct the finite element model of corrosion of bridge pile foundation in salt marsh area, Diameter of the pile foundation after the erosion of the exfoliation thickness and corrosion depth of the vertical bearing capacity of the ultimate impact. The results show that the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of pile subjected to corrosion shows a decreasing trend. Compared with the peel thickness of pile foundation, the depth of pile foundation corrosion has a significant influence on the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundation. The results also show that when the peeling thickness is not more than 6cm, increasing the pile length can effectively improve the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of the pile. When the peeling thickness is greater than 6cm, increasing the pile diameter can effectively improve the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of the pile.
