本文针对在镍电解过程中要求始极板在电解槽中保持良好的垂直度和刚度,并且需满足生产出的电解镍要带有产品标识等问题,设计了五种镍始极板加强筋与标识布置方案。采用软件Dynaform对每种加强筋布置方案进行板料冲压成形数值模拟,通过比较分析相关参数,选出一种最能满足生产工艺要求的镍始极板加强筋与标识布置方案。
