目的对福建省某热电厂项目进行职业病危害预评价,识别、分析、评价其健康危害的风险。方法应用类比法结合职业暴露健康风险分级法对该新建项目职业病危害种类、接触、防护、管理等方面进行定量、定性和半定量分析。结果新建项目有粉尘、化学毒物、物理因素等职业病危害因素。除渣库放渣装车粉尘预期浓度超标>100%职业接触限值(短时间接触浓度)(OEL(STEL))外,其余检测点职业病危害因素预期浓(强)度均符合要求;职业暴露健康风险分级法结果:职业病危害因素风险级别除炉灰渣为高风险外,其余均属中等风险或低风险,风险级别最高3.6,最低为1.7。结论类比法得出职业病危害因素预期浓(强)度与职业暴露风险分级法得出的风险级别均显示渣库放渣装车处属于关键控制点,需重点关注,因此采用类比法结合职业暴露健康风险分级法对该企业进行职业病危害预评价较为合适。
Objective To pre-evaluate occupational hazards of a thermal power plant in Fujian Province, identify, analyze and evaluate the risks of their health hazards. Methods The analogy method and occupational health risk classification method were used to quantitatively, qualitatively and semi-quantitatively analyze the occupational hazards, contact, protection and management of the new project. Results New projects have dust, chemical poisons, physical factors and other occupational hazards. Occupational exposure limits (short-term exposure concentration) (OEL (STEL)) at Expected Concentrations of Except for Slag Storage and Dregs Loading Loading Expected Excessive Concentration (Strong) of Occupational Hazards at Other Checkpoints Meet the Requirements; Occupational Exposure Health risk classification results: occupational risk factors in addition to the risk level of ash is a high risk, the rest are moderate risk or low risk, the highest risk level of 3.6, the lowest is 1.7. Conclusions The analogy method draws the conclusion that the risk level of risk factors of occupational hazards and the classification level of risk of occupational exposure all show that the residue storage and loading dock belongs to the key control point and needs to be focused on. Therefore, the analogy method is used to combine occupational exposure Health risk classification method for the pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in this business is more appropriate.
