为探讨“Jungmann”公式的适用范围 ,139名 (男 111,女 2 8,13~ 75岁 )受试者 ,在自行车记功器或跑台上进行了“递增负荷运动试验 (GXT)”。对 4组受试者的靶心率进行统计学处理 ,并与“Jungmann”公式推算结果比较分析。结果为 :公式“170 -年龄”和“180 -年龄”推算结果 ,均可用于“最大强度”组和“高于次大强度”组 ;“次大强度”组仅可使用“170 -年龄” ;两公式推算结果 ,均不可用于“症状限制最大强度”组。受试者年龄、运动史、健康状况为筛选公式适用人群的重要因素。建议 :年龄较青、身体健康、有运动习惯者 ,可用“Jungmann”公式推算靶心率 ;年龄较高 ,或没有运动习惯 ,或有一般较稳定的慢性疾病 ,可用公式 170 -年龄推算靶心率 ;心血管系统等慢性疾病患者 ,必须通过GXT评定心脏F .C .后 ,再制订运动处方
In order to explore the applicability of the “Jungmann” formula, 139 subjects (male 111, female 2 8, 13-75) underwent an “incremental load exercise test” (GXT) on a bicycle memory pad or treadmill. The target heart rate of four groups of subjects was statistically analyzed and compared with the results of “Jungmann” formula. The results were: “170 - age” and “180 - age” results of the formula can be used for the “maximum intensity” group and “higher than the second highest intensity” group; “second largest intensity” group can only use the “170 - ; The results of the two formulas are not available for the ”Symptoms Limit Maximum Intensity“ group.
