本文评价乙酸乙酯(EtAc)或EtAc 与乙醇(EtOH)的混合溶媒对避孕药左旋18-甲基炔诺酮(LN)在大鼠皮肤(RS)、裸鼠皮肤(HMS)、裸豚鼠皮肤(HGPS)和人尸体皮肤(HCS)的体外透皮吸收的促进作用。采用EtOH,EtAc 或EtAc/EtOH 混合溶媒(0.3:0.7,0.5:0.5和0.7:0.3)作为供体溶媒,测定这三种供体溶煤的LN 饱和溶液以及EtOH 和EtAc 透过以上四种皮肤的流量和滞后时间,实验结果如下。在RS 透皮试验中,LN 从EtAc/EtOH(0.7:0.3)体系中的稳态流量为2~3μg/cm~2h,从EtAc/EtOH(0.3:0.7)体系中的稳态流量则为1.2μg/cm~2h。在HMS 透
This study evaluated the effects of mixed solvents of ethyl acetate (EtAc) or EtAc and ethanol (EtOH) on contractile activity of rat skin (RS), nude mouse skin (HMS), nude guinea pig skin (HGPS) and human cadaver skin (HCS) in vitro transdermal absorption. The saturated solution of LN of these three donors was measured using EtOH, EtAc or EtAc / EtOH mixed media (0.3: 0.7, 0.5: 0.5, and 0.7: 0.3) as the donor vehicle and EtOH and EtAc were tested through the above four skin Traffic and lag time, the experimental results are as follows. In the RS transdermal test, the steady state flow rate of LN from EtAc / EtOH (0.7: 0.3) system was 2 ~ 3μg / cm ~ 2h and the steady state flow rate from EtAc / EtOH μg / cm ~ 2h. HMS through
