过去的晶闸管调速系统及变流技术装置上的触发器均由分立元件组成,有单结晶体管、锯齿波及正弦波等模拟触发器。其缺点是元器件多,体积大,精度低,可靠性差,易受电网电压波动的影响,脉冲对称度不好。尤其是模拟系统的零漂移和元器件老化等致命弱点,触发器经常发不出脉冲或脉冲对称度不好等,给实际应用带来一定的困难。为解决上述问题,适应现代控制系统高精度、模块化和智能化发展的需要,研制出单片机控制的全数字式晶闸管触发器,并取得了很好的实际应用效果。
The thyristor speed control system in the past and the converter device on the flip-flop devices are composed of discrete components, a single-junction transistor, sawtooth and sine wave simulation trigger. The disadvantage is that many components, large size, low accuracy, poor reliability, susceptible to fluctuations in the power grid voltage, pulse symmetry is not good. In particular, the fatal weakness of zero drift and component aging of the simulation system, the trigger often can not send out the pulse or the pulse symmetry is not good, which brings some difficulties to the practical application. In order to solve the above problems, to adapt to the needs of high-precision, modular and intelligent development of modern control systems, a full digital thyristor trigger controlled by a single chip microcomputer has been developed and achieved good practical application results.
