目的研究细脚拟青霉提取物对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法以D-半乳糖制备衰老小鼠模型,同时用低、中、高三种不同剂量的细脚拟青霉提取物进行灌胃30 d后,计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数,用MTT法检测小鼠脾T、B淋巴细胞转化指数SI,用中性红试验检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,用ELISA法检测IL-2的水平。结果 D-半乳糖致衰小鼠免疫功能明显下降,各剂量组均能显著提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P<0.01);中、高剂量细脚拟青霉提取物能够显著提高胸腺指数、脾脏指数、IL-2水平(P<0.01);高剂量细脚拟青霉提取物能够显著提高脾T、B淋巴细胞转化指数SI(P<0.01)。结论细脚拟青霉提取物对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠免疫功能具有一定的调节作用。
Objective To study the regulation of the immune function of Paecilomyces tenuipes to mice induced by D-galactose. Methods Senescent mouse model was prepared by D-galactose, and the thymus index and spleen index were calculated by the method of low, medium and high dosage of Paecilomyces minoxidus for 30 days after gavage. Thymus index and spleen index were calculated by MTT assay Spleen T, B lymphocyte transformation index SI, macrophage phagocytosis of mice peritoneal macrophages detected by neutral red test, IL-2 levels by ELISA. Results D-galactose induced immune function was significantly decreased in mice, each dose group can significantly increase the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages in mice (P <0.01); medium and high doses of Paecilomyces minitus extract can significantly increase the thymus (P <0.01). The high dose of Paecilomyces tenuipes could significantly improve the T, B lymphocyte transformation index (P <0.01) of spleen, spleen index and IL-2. Conclusion The extract of Paecilomyces tenuipes has a certain regulatory effect on immune function induced by D-galactose in mice.
