1988年11月18～20日,由上海医科大学与中华医学会在上海医科大联合举办了全国肾血管性高血压专题研讨会。在会上,全国25个省市近百名泌尿外科、血管外科、放射介入外科和内科的专家、教授和医生交流了40篇有关论文,对肾血管性高血压的病因、分类、病理、分测肾素测定的价值进行了讨论。在诊断方面,本病以肾动脉造影为主;在治疗方面,主要为肾自体移植术(此术以泌尿科医生作得较多)。会议讨论
