目的:研究马缨杜鹃茎叶的化学成分。方法:马缨杜鹃的茎叶部分用70%丙酮-水冷浸提取,所得浸膏运用多种色谱和波谱方法对其化学成分进行分离纯化和结构鉴定。结果:分离和鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:3′,4′,7-三羟基-3,5-二甲氧基黄酮(1)、3′,4′,5,7-四羟基-3-甲氧基黄酮(2)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-阿拉伯吡喃糖苷(3)、儿茶素(4)、表儿茶素(5)、epicatechin-(2β→O→7,4β→8)-ent-epicatechin(6)、(2S)-4-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-2-丁醇(7)、(3,4-二羟基苯基)-2-乙醇(8)。结论:化合物2、3、6、7、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of leaves and stems of Rhododendron. Methods: The stems and leaves of Rhododendron armeniaca were extracted by cold water with 70% acetone and water, and the constituents were separated, purified and identified by various chromatographic and spectral methods. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 3 ’, 4’, 7-trihydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyflavone (1), 3 ’, 4’, 5,7-tetrahydroxy- (2), quercetin -3-O-β-D-arabinopyranoside (3), catechin (4), epicatechin (5), epicatechin- (2β → O → 7,4β → 8) -ent-epicatechin (6), (2S) -4- (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) ) -2-ethanol (8). Conclusion: Compounds 2,3,6,7,8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
