利用在热扰动不灵敏性极小值设计以及优化激光谐振腔各个参数基础上选择的平凸型热稳腔进行了连续Nd:YAG激光器的声光主动锁模实验研究。在4.0kW单灯连续泵浦和200MHz重复频率下,得到了18W有脉宽为100ps的高功率CW(连续)锁模超短脉冲激光输出。
The experiment of the acousto-optic active mode-locking experiment of continuous Nd: YAG laser was carried out by using the plano-convex heat-stable chamber which was selected based on the design of the minimum thermal perturbation insensitivity and the optimization of the parameters of the laser resonator. At 4.0 kW single lamp continuous pump and 200 MHz repetition rate, a 18 W CW CW mode CW pulse laser output with 100 ps pulse width was obtained.
