随着社会的发展 ,医学模式的转变 ,医院护理管理的模式也必须向前发展。作者就发展趋势提出几点建议 :首先 ,管理模式个性化 ,走人无我有、人有我优的特色化之路。其次在管理活动中人是最重要的因素 ,只有依靠人、尊重人、为了人、发展人才能充分调动人的积极性。其次 ,非理性化的管理手段日益被看重 ,特别是护理管理者的非权力影响力是最能激发护士的工作热情 ,提高护士的自觉性。所以 ,管理者要让人信服 ,必需提高自身素质。
