普鲁卡因临床上主要用于浸润麻醉。近年用于治疗其它疾病,取得一定疗效。现将作者的临床实践结合文献报道,介绍于下。一、治疗肺结核咯血使用普鲁卡因治疗肺结核咯血40例。咯血量每d100～300 ml,治疗前用止血敏、止血环酸等治疗至少2d,仍咯血者改普鲁卡因静滴。其中咯血停止者30例,明显减少6例,无效4例,有效率90%。本组疗效比孙氏等报道高。用法:2%普鲁卡因4～8 ml加入
