目前,应用于小型水电站的简易型自动准同期并网合闸装置(下称并网装置)的种类很多,但从操作程序和工作原理看,都要在机组电压和频率同电网相接近时,才允许人工接通并网装置,虽可实现自动并网,但要实现按程序进行自动操作存在不少困难。为此,我们研制了一种频率控制器。它的作用是,当机组频率达到要求的频率范围内时,将通过其出口继电器的接点,自动接通并网装置的工作电源,为小型水电站实现自动操作创造了条件。

Its role is that when the unit frequency reaches the required frequency range, it will automatically connect the power supply of the grid-connected device through its outlet relay contacts to create the conditions for the automatic operation of the small hydropower station.
