目的研究单芽狗脊蕨的化学成分。方法使用色谱技术对化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱特征鉴定结构。结果从其甲醇提取物中分离了12个化合物,分别鉴定为6-苯乙烯基-2-吡喃酮-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、坡那甾酮A(Ⅱ)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅲ)、芹菜素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→3)-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ)、对苯甲酸鼠李糖醇苷(Ⅴ)、1-O-β-D-半乳糖-(6→1)-α-D-半乳糖-2,3-O-月桂酸甘油二酯(Ⅵ)、正丁基-O-α-D-呋喃果糖苷(Ⅶ)、正丁基-O-β-D-呋喃果糖苷(Ⅷ)、正丁基-O-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(Ⅸ)、十六烷醇(Ⅹ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅺ)、胡萝卜苷(ⅩⅡ)。结论除化合物Ⅲ、Ⅺ外,其余化合物均为首次从单芽狗脊蕨中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the spine fern. Methods Chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify chemical constituents. The structures were identified based on their physicochemical properties and spectral features. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from their methanol extracts and identified as 6-styryl-2-pyrone-4’-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅰ) ), Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (1 → 3) -O-α-L-rhamnoside (Ⅳ), rhamnoside (V) D-galactose-2,3-O-lauric acid diglyceride (Ⅵ), n-butyl-O- α-D-fructofuranoside (Ⅷ), n-butyl-O- β -D-glucopyranoside (Ⅸ), cetyl alcohol (Ⅹ), β-sitosterol (Ⅺ) and daucosterol (ⅩⅡ). Conclusion All the compounds except for compounds Ⅲ and Ⅺ were isolated from the single bud spine fern for the first time.
