详细论述了以MCGS组态软件为核心的矿井主通风机监控系统的结构,研究了监控系统数据流通信机制和系统安全机制,综合采用MCGS嵌入式和WWW网络版组态软件形成上位机冗余系统。该系统基于企业计算机网络,实现了主通风机运行参数、通风数据的实时监测与风机主辅设备控制的一体化。
The structure of mine main ventilator monitoring system with MCGS configuration software as the core is discussed in detail. The data flow communication mechanism and system security mechanism of the monitoring system are studied. The MCGS embedded software and WWW network configuration software are used to form the host computer redundancy system. The system is based on enterprise computer network and realizes the integration of main ventilator operating parameters, real-time monitoring of ventilation data and control of main and auxiliary equipment of fans.
