我们用国产的 PZT-5型压电陶瓷传感器测定了 Nb_3Sn 超导体焊接短样和 NbTi 超导磁体在励磁过程直至失超时产生的声发射信号,测出两个大小不同的磁体在失超前产生的突发型声发射信号比失超电压提前的时差分别为0.3秒和18秒,证实声信号可以预报磁体的失超,并能表征磁体在载流情况下的动态性能。对实验结果的理论分析表明声发射信号与励磁电流及热损耗有密切关系。
We use the domestic PZT-5 piezoelectric ceramic sensor measured Nb3Sn superconductor welded short sample and NbTi superconducting magnet excitation process until the quench until the acoustic emission signal generated when the two different sizes were measured in the magnet produced by the sudden The time lag between the hairstyle acoustic emission signal and the quench voltage is 0.3 second and 18 second respectively. It is confirmed that the acoustic signal can predict the quench of the magnet and characterize the dynamic performance of the magnet under the current carrying condition. The theoretical analysis of the experimental results show that the AE signal is closely related to the excitation current and heat loss.
