作者研究了16只狗的牙扭转,时间为3—56d,目的是搞清牙齿扭转对邻牙及其组织影响的程度.组织学观察发现:牙齿扭转所涉及的范围广泛,经调查统计,在16只狗中,14只狗邻牙牙周膜紊乱,10只狗牙周膜发生透明性变.14只狗邻牙发生活跃的骨改建活动、5只狗邻牙有明显的牙根吸收.本实验表明,在牙齿扭转过程中,对邻牙及其周围组织的影响是很明显的.矫治扭转牙必须密切注意邻牙的情况,并适当加以控制,防止对邻牙造成伤害.
The authors studied the tooth torsion of 16 dogs for 3-56 days, the purpose of which was to understand the degree of tooth torsion on the adjacent teeth and their tissues.Histological observation showed that the range of tooth torsion involved was extensive. According to the survey statistics, Of 16 dogs, 14 dogs had adjacent teeth with periodontal ligament disorders and 10 dogs with periodontal ligament were transformatively transposed. 14 dogs had active reconstruction of the adjacent teeth and 5 dogs had obvious root resorption. Experiments show that in the process of tooth torsion, the effect on the adjacent teeth and its surrounding tissues is obvious.For the treatment of twisted teeth, the situation of the adjacent teeth must be paid close attention to and appropriately controlled to prevent the adjacent teeth from being harmed.
