目的 探讨海德堡视网膜断层扫描仪 II(HRT II)在正常眼压性青光眼 (normaltensionglaucoma ,NTG)诊断中的意义。方法 对 2 4例 4 8眼NTG患者进行HRT II检测和自动视野计检查 ,统计分析HRT II检测的敏感性、与视野的对应关系、参数和病变分区特点。结果 2 4例 4 8眼中视野异常 4 1眼 ,HRT II检测异常 4 1眼 ;视野异常和HRT II异常对应为 91.6 7% ;单眼视野异常组 7例有对侧 2眼视野正常而HRT II检测异常 ,对侧 5眼视野正常而HRT II检测也正常。视盘参数为 :视盘面积 (1.5 6 7± 0 .349)mm2 ,视杯面积为 (1.4 4 7± 0 .2 6 3)mm2 ,盘沿容积为 (0 .16 3± 0 .14 7)mm3 ,盘沿面积为 (0 .6 82± 0 .390 )mm2 ,C/D为 0 .738±0 134,平均视杯深度 (0 .32 7± 0 .12 0 )mm ,平均视网膜纤维厚度为 (0 .193± 0 . 16 1)mm。颞下象限盘沿面积异常占6 9 77% (30 /43) ,颞上为 6 0 .4 7% (2 6 /43) ,鼻下为 76 .74 %(33/43) ,鼻上为 6 0 .4 7% (2 6 /43) ,颞侧为 4 8.84 % (2 1/43) ,鼻侧为 6 0 .4 7% (2 6 /43)。结论 (1)HRT II检测是NTG诊断的方法之一 ,敏感性良好 ;(2 )HRT II检测和视野改变有良好的对应关系 ,而NTG患者HRT II异常可能早于视野改变 ,可以用于NTG的早期诊断
Objective To investigate the significance of Heidelberg Retinal Tomography II (HRT II) in the diagnosis of normal tension glaucoma (NTG). Methods Twenty-four patients with NTG were enrolled in this study. HRT II and automatic visual field tests were performed in 48 patients with NTG. The sensitivity, HRV II visual field, parameters and lesion characteristics of HRT II were analyzed statistically. Results In 24 eyes of 48 eyes, there were 41 eyes with abnormal field of vision and 41 eyes with HRT II abnormality; 91.6% with abnormal HRT II and 91.6 7% with abnormal HRT II; 7 eyes with abnormal vision of HRT II Abnormalities were normal in 5 eyes on the contralateral side and HRT II was normal on the opposite side. The optic disc parameters were as follows: optic disc area (1.56 7 ± 0.349) mm2, optic cup area (1.4 4 7 ± 0.263) mm2, and disk rim volume (0.163 ± 0.147) mm3 (0. 662 ± 0. 390) mm2, C / D was 0.738 ± 0.134, the average depth of optic disc was (0.327 ± 0.12 0) mm, the mean retinal fiber thickness was (0 .193 ± 0. 16 1) mm. The anomaly of the inferior quadrant of the inferior quadrant was 69.7% (30/43), 60.47% (26/43) of the superior temporal and 76.74% (33/43) of the inferior nasal, 60.7% (26/43) in the control group, 4 8.84% (2 1/43) in the temporal side and 60.74% (26/43) in the nasal side. Conclusion (1) HRT II is one of the methods of NTG diagnosis and has good sensitivity. (2) There is a good correlation between HRT II detection and visual field changes. However, HRT II abnormalities in NTG patients may be earlier than those of visual fields and may be used in NTG Early diagnosis
