目的了解无锡市2008—2009年食物中毒发生的特点和规律,为今后食物中毒的预防和控制提供科学依据。方法对无锡市2008—2009年食物中毒统计报表、现场调查资料进行统计分析。结果无锡市2008—2009年共发生食物中毒53起,中毒人数795例,无死亡案例,中毒原因以细菌性中毒为主,其中又以副溶血性弧菌为最主要致病菌,饮食服务机构为引起食物中毒的最主要责任单位。结论制定切实可行的食物中毒应急预案,完善食物中毒的应急处理体系,切实加强饮食服务单位、家庭、集体食堂、食品摊贩的卫生管理,有效预防和控制食物中毒的发生。
Objective To understand the characteristics and rules of food poisoning in Wuxi from 2008 to 2009 and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of food poisoning in the future. Methods Statistical analysis of food poisoning statistics and field survey data in Wuxi from 2008 to 2009 were conducted. Results In 2008-2009, there were 53 food poisoning cases and 795 poisoning cases in Wuxi City without any deaths. The main cause of poisoning was bacterial poisoning, of which Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the most important pathogenic bacteria. Food service agencies To cause food poisoning the most important unit of responsibility. Conclusion To formulate a feasible emergency plan for food poisoning and improve the emergency handling system of food poisoning, effectively strengthen the health management of catering service units, families, collective canteens and food vendors, and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of food poisoning.
