为了拓宽软质泡沫的应用方向,提升软质泡沫的部分性能,利用异氰酸酯质量含量为30.2%~32.0%的液态异氰酸酯MDI20S与自制的预聚体混合使用,制得了一种可硬化软质泡沫的组分,讨论了预聚体NCO含量、MDI20S/预聚体质量比、软质泡沫/硬化组分质量比以及固化时间等因素对于材料压缩性能的影响。结果表明,在保证制品美观且具有一定通透性的条件下,预聚体NCO质量含量为6%、MDI20S与预聚体质量比为6∶4、软质泡沫与硬化组分质量比为1∶6,固化9d后,样品性能最佳。
In order to broaden the application direction of flexible foam and improve the performance of soft foam, a liquid polyurethane MDI20S with 30.2% -32.0% isocyanate content was used in combination with a self-made prepolymer to prepare a hardenable foam The effects of NCO content of prepolymer, mass ratio of MDI20S / prepolymer, mass ratio of soft foam / hardened component and curing time on the compressibility of the composites were discussed. The results showed that under the condition of good appearance and permeability, the prepolymer had an NCO content of 6%, a mass ratio of MDI20S to prepolymer of 6: 4, and a mass ratio of soft foam to hardener of 1 : 6, after 9d curing, the best sample performance.
