近年来伤寒临床表现形式多样,呈不典型化复杂化,且多重耐药。其特殊临床表现及并发症相对增多,兹将我院1985年9月～1987年5月在伤寒暴发流行期间收治近2000例伤寒患者中罕见并发症的特殊临床表现,举例并讨论如下:伤寒并发皮质盲例1。女,11岁。因持续性发热9天,伴恶心、呕吐、头痛、腹痛入院。检查:T40℃,P96次/分,BP12.0/8.0kPa,急性热病容,表情淡漠,视力正常,心肺(一),肝脾未及,余无特殊。
