采用X射线光电子谱(XPS)测定了稀土贮氢合金电极材料表面元素的浓度和表面的原子的电子状态,指出La_(0.75)Nd_(0.05)Pr_(0.2)(NiCoMnAl)_5合金的快速活化可能是由于表面存在大量的金属Ni弥散分布在la_2o_3基体上。
The elemental concentrations and atomic states of the surface of rare earth hydrogen storage alloy were measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It is pointed out that the rapid activation of La_ (0.75) Nd_ (0.05) Pr_ (0.2) NiCoMnAl_5 alloy Is due to the surface of a large number of metal Ni dispersedly distributed in la_2o_3 matrix.
