职业生涯管理是电力企业人力资源管理的重要手段,能够有效促进电力企业的人才培养和选人用人工作,进一步优化电力企业的人力资源配置,创造出人尽其才的环境,进而打造出一支优秀、高效的电力企业团队,实现企业发展目标。本文通对电力企业业务支撑和实施机构面临的内外部环境进行分析,结合全员职业生涯管理理念,提出可持续发展的职业生涯管理平台设计思路,将组织发展需要与员工成长需求结合起来,形成以业绩考核与能力评价为导向、以岗位履职能力建设为核心、以开展全员培训为手段,以人才队伍建设为抓手的职业生涯管理体系,为员工搭建成长平台,为员工指明职业成长发展路径,促进员工与组织同步发展。
