对定氧电池的最近进展,用途及今后展望作了总结性的评述。对国内定氧电池的历史发展、测头试制和运用作了简略的讨论。作为控制炼钢操作、改进钢锭质量、节约铁合金消耗等手段,对定氧电地在下列几方面的应用作了较多的讨论: 1.顶吹氧气转炉终点的控制; 2.半镇静钢及沸腾钢脱氧的控制; 3.连铸铝镇静钢余铝量的估计; 4.易切削钢硫化夹杂物形态的控制; 5.配合计算机定氧电池在炼钢的在线应用。本文在最后部分,对定氧电池存在的问题及误差来源,特别对固体电解质的电子导电及抗热震性以及提高低含氧量测定的准确度等问题进行了讨论。此外,对测定其他元素例如氨、氢、硫及碳的电池也作了简单的介绍。
The recent progress of oxygen batteries, use and future prospects made a concluding remarks. In the last part of this paper, we discuss the problems and sources of error in Oxygen battery, especially the electronic conductivity and thermal shock resistance of solid electrolyte and the accuracy of low Oxygen content determination. In addition, the determination of other elements such as ammonia, hydrogen, sulfur and carbon batteries also made a brief introduction.
