报告了在ZL10 8合金中加入混合稀土金属对室温和高温性能影响的系统研究结果。确定RE处理的工艺及加入量 ,认为加入质量分数为 1.5 %的RE有最佳效果。与Na盐变质情况对比试验表明 ,RE处理合金与Na处理有类似的变质效果 ,高温性能优于Na变质。用质量分数为 1.5 %的RE处理ZL10 8合金的活塞尺寸稳定性和耐久性比Na变质好得多 ,能满足 492QS汽油机的使用要求。
The results of a systematic study of the effect of adding mixed rare earth metals on the properties of room temperature and high temperature in ZL10 8 alloy were reported. Determine the RE treatment process and the amount added, that the quality of 1.5% RE added the best results. Compared with the Na salt deterioration, the experimental results show that the RE treatment alloy has a similar metamorphic effect with the Na treatment, and the high temperature performance is better than that of Na metamorphism. The mass fraction of 1.5% RE treated ZL10 8 alloy piston dimensional stability and durability is much better than Na deterioration, to meet the 492QS gasoline engine requirements.
